SUGARLESS MAPLE FUDGE WITH A FLAVOR OF MAPLE SYRUP.
SUGARLESS MAPLE FUDGE Well friends, here is a wonderful recipe for those of us who have to restrict our sugar. You will love this fudge with it's maple flavor.
P.S. This fudge will not make your tummy hurt.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup of Can't believe it's Not Butter. 2-boxes of Butterscotch Sugar Free Instant Pudding. 3/4 Cup Splenda 1/2 Cup Sugar Free International Vanilla Cream Powder. 1-8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese Reduced fat (1g sugar). 1/2 Walnuts (broken) 1-1/4 tsp. Maple flavoring
This recipe is so easy. Take your diet butter and melt in the microwave for 25 seconds.
Now take all of the ingredients, and place in the bowl with the melted butter. EXCEPT for the maple flavoring. Beat everything together Until well blended.
NOW, add the maple flavoring, and beat until well blended.
Remove the ball of fudge from the bowl, and gently knead to make sure everything is blended.
Spray an 8" dish, at least 1" high with Pam. Spread the fudge ball evenly to the edge of the dish. Now place the fudge in the freezer for at least one hour. Bring out and cut into squares. Serve to your guests. If you have any left overs I suggest that you place in a ziplock bag and return to the freezer to keep nice and firm. It doen't take long for the pieces to defrost.
