SUGAR FREE IS
STILL SWEET TREATS!

Here are some SUGAR FREE recipes. I don't known what
grams of sugar are in these recipes. So you are going to have
to be responsible for checking out the amount of sugar for
these candies.
One thing for sure the melting chocolate that I suggest that
you use is "Hersheys Sugarless Baking Chunks."
Also, just check out the back of the package to find out the
information pertaining to sugar and fat.
What you put into these recipes is something to check out.

Shall we begin................................................

These are short and sweet recipes:

SUGARLESS CHOCOLATE
RAISIN CLUSTERS

Melt your Hersheys Sugarless Chocolate Baking Chunks in a
sauce pan over very low heat. Or use a double boiler which is
much better. Microwaving is a good way to melt your chocolate.

Add raisins to the melted chocolate, I would say about a cup.
Then stir until the raisins are well coated. Drop by spoonfuls
onto wax paper. Let cool in refrigerator until the chocolate is
set firm. Remove from wax paper and place on a pretty serving
tray. Tip: Check your sugar count for the raisins.

Pour Chocolate mixture over the top of the almonds.
The chocolate will spread out thin covering the almonds.

Now for this recipe you need a very small size muffin tin.
Only about 1" deep. Spray this pan with Pam Spray. Set aside.

or Microwave. Until it is like liquid.
With a ladle dip into the chocolate liquid and put a 1/4"

Then in each muffin cup put one spoonful of natural peanut
butter.
Now repeat with the ladle and dip into the chocolate and pour
the chocolate over the top of the of the natural peanut
butter until it is completely covered.
Chill in refrigerator until firm.
Then pop the sugarless peanut butter cups out of the
muffin pan.

Tip: Check your sugar and fat content in the natural

SUGARLESS CHOCOLATE PRETZEL

Melt Hersheys Sugar Free Baking Chunks in a
double-boiler or Microwave.
Until it is like liquid.

Take braided pretzel and dip into the
chocolate mixture, and then sprinkle on chopped nuts.
(really any kind of nuts that you want)
Lay on waxed paper. Chill until firm.
Remove from paper and place on plate.

Tip: You can also do the stick pretzels the same way.
