SHAMROCK, AN IRISH BLESSING.



SHAMROCK

The main ingredient in this recipe
is green chocolate.
The idea is to make 3 heart shaped
chocolates.
Make a stem.
Decorate with coins, and
lots of shiny decorations.





You will need at least
a cup of green
chocolate wafers.


Melt in Micro for
around 2 minutes,
but only do it for
20 seconds at a time until chocolate is nice and smooth.



Find a bowl
that is shaped
like a heart,
or whatever
you can find
that will work.


Pour melted chocolate into your heart shaped mold.
Tap the mold a couple of times to level out the candy.
Place in refrigerator for about 5 minutes, until firm.

Now remove from the refrigerator, test to make sure chocolate
is hard.
If the candy does not remove easily, set it in another bowl
filled with hot water until chocolate lets go, and pops out.
Repeat until you have 3 heart-shaped candies.




For the stem, just pour a little
chocolate on a plate in the shape
of the stem, and perfect it with
a fork or a knife.






Now place the 3 hearts on a pretty
plate and add the stem.
Put some candy coins around the
Irish centerpiece, and one in the center.
Add some green shiny decoration,
and place in the center of your
table. NOW THAT'S A LIL-0-BIT-A-THE-IRISH!!!!
