RICE KRISPY HEARTS,
JUST FOR YOUR VALENTINE.
RICE KRISPY HEARTS
This is a sweet treat that you and
your children can make together.
Pick up a box of rice cereal and you
can find the recipe on the back of the
box, also buy a package of lollipop sticks.
In case your don't have the recipe, here it is:Rice cereal-6 cups
Butter-1/4 cup
Marshmallows-1 Bag
Melt butter over low heat. Add Marshmallows and melt them.
Remove from stove, add rice cereal and spoon until mixture is totally covering the cereal.

Now take a little bit of butter or Pam and
rub or spray on your hands, so you can work
with the mixture.
Pick up a ball of the cereal mixture, and
you can judge how big you want your rice
krispy hearts to be.

Pick up the lollipop stick and the ball of
cereal mixture, and push it onto the end
of the stick.
Now with your greased hands, start to shape
the ball into your beautiful heart.

Now that you have your lovely rice krispy hearts made, now is
the time to get very creative.
Below you will see different types of ideas. Cover your heart
with icing, melted colored wafers, or chocolate.
After you have covered your heart, decorate it with red and pink mm's,
conversation hearts, sprinkles, drizzle chocolate over it, or just leave it plain.
Just have fun, and make it for someone that you love.

When you have finished,
wrap your Valentine Heart in
plastic wrap. Then tie a pretty ribbon
around the stick, and put a tag on it.
