PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE,
SO EASY & QUICK

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

I found this recipe in a magazine,
it is so easy and fast to prepare.

2 cups sugar
1/2 cups milk
1-1/3 cups peanut butter
1 jar (7 ozs.) marshmallow creme

In a sauce pan, bring sugar and milk to a boil;
let it continue to boil for at least 3 minutes.

Take your peanut butter and your marshmallow creme
and add both of them to your sugar and milk;
Mix well.

Quickly pour the mixture into a buttered (8") square pan;
chill until firm. Cut into squares.

THIS RECIPE IS JUST A BIT HARDER, BUT SO WORTH IT:

Also we are going to add chocolate. Makes it just a little
different than the other fudge recipes.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
3/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
2-1/4 cups sugar
8 oz. jar marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla

Butter an 8" square pan.

Put peanut butter chips in one bowl and chocolate chips
in another bowl, set aside.

Combine condensed milk, butter, sugar and marshmallow creme
in a heavy large saucepan.

Cook over medium heat until mixture boils,
stirring constantly; continue cooking and stirring for
at least 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

Quickly add about 1/2 of hot mixture to chocolate chips,
stirring until melted; pour into prepared pan.

Add remaining hot mixture to peanut butter chips,
stirring until melted.
Spread over top of chocolate layer in pan. Cool, until firm.

Tip: You can take a butter knife and zig zag threw the 2
hot mixtures and it becomes a marble fudge.
