CHOCOLATE SUGARLESS FUDGE
LEGALLY DELECTABLE!

CHOCOLATE SUGARLESS FUDGE

I figured out this recipe for myself
because I am also a diabetic.
So I have made this recipe, and
taste-tested it. It is delicious,
and it will not give you a tummy
ache. If so I would have been in
the hospital because I have eaten
so much of it for the last week.

CHOCOLATE SUGARLESS FUDGE:

1/4 cup melted "I can't believe it's not butter"
2-1 oz. Chocolate Fudge Pudding (sugar free)
1-8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese(like cream cheese)
........(1/3 less fat-1g sugar)
2/3 cup Splenda
1/2 cup International Swiss Mocha Powder
........(sugar free)
1- Tbls. Hershey cocoa
1/2 cup Walnuts
1-tsp. Vanilla

Now get out your mixer and a bowl, make sure it is a deep
bowl.

Put your butter in the microwave bowl, microwave for about
25 seconds.

Now start at the top of the list, and add every ingredient,
except the vanilla. Vanilla must go in last.

Begin beating all the ingredients, and blending together
until all of a sudden the mixture wraps around the beaters.

Don't panic, just push the beaters against the side of the
bowl until the mixture falls off.

Now add Vanilla and beat again, and the mixture will wrap
around the beaters again. Do the same thing again as you
did above.

Turn off the mixer, and with your hands, finish taking the
rest of the fudge off of the beaters.

Next you knead the fudge just to make
sure that all of the ingredients are
blended together. It should look like
cookie dough.

Pick up the ball of fudge
and place in a 8" pan sprayed with Pam.

Spread the fudge out to the sides of
the pan. If you have extra nuts sprinkle
on the top of the fudge.
Place the fudge in the freezer for one hour.
This makes the fudge nice and firm.

Cut into squares, and serve on a pretty plate.
If there are left overs, cover and keep in the
refrigerator, this keeps the fudge nice and firm.
(not the freezer this time.)
