Pick out the largest strawberries that you can find in the market.
Put in a wire basket and rinse until they are nice and clean. Leave stems on.
After cleaning the giant strawberries, place on a dry, clean towel to drain and dry. Must be total dry for chocolate to stick to the strawberries.
