MEMORABLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPES
This is called: FOOLPROOF DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (14) can Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk(not evaporated milk) Dash of salt 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into buttered 8-or 9-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; Cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. (Optional; may use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.)
JELL-O CHOCOLATE PUDDING FUDGE
1 pkg.(8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, divided 1/2 cup (1-stick) butter, divided 1/3 cup water1 pkg.(4-serving size)Jell-O Chocolate flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling 3 cups powdered sugar
MICROWAVE 4 of the chocolate squares, 6-Tbsp. of the butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted; stir. Add dry pudding mix; stir until well blended.
ADD powdered sugar, l cup at a time, stirring until well blended after each addition. Press into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
MICROWAVE remaining 4 chocolate squares and 2 Tbsp. butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread over pudding mixture. Cool 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares
CHOCOLATE FUDGE (MICROWAVE)
3 cups sugar 3/4 cup butter 1-5oz. can condensed milk 1-12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips 1-10 oz. jar marshmallow creme 1 cup chopped nuts 2 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, butter and milk in buttered large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 10 minutes on medium high (roast). Stir and continue cooking on medium high for 5 to 8 minutes or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Fold in marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9x13" pan. Chill until firm.

2-8 oz. bars milk chocolate 3 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup nuts, chopped
Butter an 8x8xx2" baking pan. In a heavy medium saucepan, melt chocolate. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Spread mixture in the prepared pan. Cover and chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 1-1/2 lbs.
